A HUGE thank you for helping my son and I out of a snow bank after a minor collision in the snow storm. I was preparing for a long wait in the car with my 5 year old son after getting scared off the road by a truck losing control coming at us. You guys made a terrifying night into a relieving night. A few days ago my car was totaled and I was alone and a little stunned by it. Neil from Affordable Towing was on the scene. He was kind,courteous, and very professional. He explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. I would say he went above and beyond- making sure I was comfortable at Royal auto collision until my husband arrived.
