Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

we purchased a c63 from this dealership over a year ago. It was actually funny, because we had no intention of buying that car - in fact we had been looking at an entry level C-class that would be good on gas, and a good daily driver. The salesman, however, was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that that very same day, we had purchased a certified pre-owned c63.
Upon delivery of the vehicle, we experienced a few issues (the front grill was lose, one of the rims was scratch), however these problems were quickly resolved (we got a new grill and they refinished the rim). The Manager even got involved and everything was taken care of in a professional manner that was satisfactory to us. thanks MB Thornhill!

The purchase and service of my vehicle at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi was very good. They give me a car wash after each service and they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Ron (Sales) and Steve (Service) really take care of their customers. I look forward to getting my car serviced at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi.
