I had such a positive experience at this clinic -- hence why I'm writing a review at midnight on a work night! LOL. Needless to say, I'm too thrilled to sleep ; ) So what happened is, one of my molars started breaking apart (the culprit: a caramel apple), and I didn't know what to do. I knew I'd have to have the tooth pulled, and was putting it off because I knew that this would leave a hole in my smile (and spending thousands on an implant just isn't ideal). It was making for awkward eating, so eventually I realized that I had to do the deed and just get the job done -- but my dentist is from my hometown of Kamloops, so I needed to look for one in Vancouver. I polled my friends on Facebook and Dr Jin & came so highly recommended that it was a no brainer to choose him. I called him that day and he worked around my schedule, staying late at the clinic to see me (I work downtown and the clinic is in BBY). When I got there, I was greeted with so much warmth from he and his wife that I was so glad that I'd chosen them -- and to my utter surprise, he SAVED the tooth. I don't know the proper term, but he basically fused my tooth together making it shiny and NEW again. It feels amazing. Instead of having a hole in my mouth and needing to worry about shelling out the big bucks for an implant, he did what I didn't think was possible. I'm so grateful for it because he could have gone the easy (and more lucrative) route, and charged me a whole lot more to do it. Ecstatic. Even though he's not in my neighbourhood I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent dentist. Bonus: he's funny too!

Antonio and Satvinder at Deer Lake Law Group helped navigate my family through a very convoluted immigration issue that required much research effort. Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.
