I bought a new-to-me 2016 Corolla after I was rear ended and my car was written off. Less than a month after that I scraped the rear right panel on a cement pillar in my parking garage. I was very distressed and upset about the damage to my new car. I took my car to Craftsman Collision in Richmond to see what could be done about the damage. The Manager was so wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond my expectations. My car was repaired expertly. Very happy!

o So many people book online, but there is no better security then being able to phone a live person to help when something goes wrong, especially when you are half a world away. We were at a conference in Europe and were due to fly back to Canada when the air traffic controllers went on rotating strikes. We had water come into our basement during the recent heavy rains. Andrew the project manager contacted me back very quickly and had a team to my house within 30 minutes. They were very organized and went to work right away drying out my basement. They were able to dry the walls without cutting them,but had to remove my laminate flooring. They left my place as clean as possible considering the circumstances. Andrew stayed in contact with us and completed the rebuild within the time he promised.
