Trinity is a smaller business, but i found that to work well in my favour. Getting ahold if Josh was only a phone call or text away, service was above and beyond, rates were fair, was willing to get my truck serviced to accomodate my work hours, all while maintaining a professional, courteous business. Maps will send you in the wrong spot, and the business frontage is a little hard to see at first, so ask for better directions if youre having difficulty. After that its pretty easy.

Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!

Wow if I could give a 10 I would. Emily and Kyra both dealt with me and what a great customer service experience. Very professional and diligent and thankyou for the free oil change. I noticed a screw in my tire at the car wash, it was Saturday noon of long weekend. I was going out if town, but not with a screw loose in my tire, one in my head is bad enough.lol Anyway I called around, Midas said if I got my truck in shortly, they would have it repaired by 4:00pm. They succeeded in between other appointments, did the inner patch repair, plus did a 55 point no charge inspection.

July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again
