I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. The mall is really small, not a lot of stores. But during Christmas the line up waits here are really small to get into stores. A decent mall if you already know what you’re looming for
