Don’t bother going anywhere else, Chelsea and Robert are amazing. I should have made Chelsea crazy changing my Mind so many times about details, but she just went with the flow and changed the plans that she custom designed to fit our bathroom.
Seriously, I don’t know what we would have done without her Design and professional input, She is Brilliant! Robert is a Pillar of Support not just to the Business but to the Client, they are so Cool! A Million Stars, 5 just does not apply to them!

There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. I have a pair of boots that I use in the winter. Been using them for six years, I wasnt sure if they were salvageable. The gentleman at the KW Shoe Repair was open and honest and discussed with me what I wanted do and how much it cost. The price was in the high side, but the workmanship was exceptional and my boots were saved and they look new( actually they are better than new, with soles that were added !!!)! I highly recommend this place for a repair to a high quality shoes.!

The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. If any questions, he addressed them right away and any concerns, he offered to make them right. I would definitely recommend Kreative Aluminum.
