Monica really helped us out when a young family member was in the hospital with post-surgery infections that were very serious and the medical team was suggesting some very invasive tests and procedures, including yet another surgery. New to vaping, bought in a vape I bought online and they helped me the whole way through. Walked me through cleaning my vape, replacing parts, let me sample juices and even showed me how to fill my vape.
