To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans

Absolutely love coming here! Just moved from Manitoba, they did my out of province inspection, oil change a month later and the my tire blew and they saved my day!! Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)

had to bring a Dodge Stealth in for a flex pipe repair recently. I was quoted 200-250 which I thought was reasonable, and when the job was done I was pleasantly surprised to discover the bill was less than 200! Christian and his crew are terrific. An honest business owner who tells you everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Then leaves you with a quote for you to review and then continue with service. There were no surprises. Christian and his crew took my tired and cranky 1996 Chevy truck in. It needed brakes, hoses, transmission work, emergency brake cable etc etc. They did an great job and now she purrs like a kitten.

I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly
