Had a Lennox furnace installed Sept 2016 through Costco. Everything went excellent all the way around, Tina, Greg, Liam, Jon, Austin all did an excellent job and were great to deal with. I made a ton of calls to them they were all prompty or soon afterward answered, very friendly knowledgable people, more than satisfied for sure.

Wow! They plumbed my whole house, installed hydronic (infloor) heat throughout every floor and the garage, very competitive pricing, incredible quality and standards, I am glad I went with them! Not a leak or plug, everything works, and the infloor heat is warm and steady!

A couple of years ago my car needed a muffler. The price my dealer quoted seemed high so I contacted Tim. Bottomline, he was able to replace the entire muffler system at a lower cost and in a timely manner.
I've relied on Tim and his team numerous times since for regular maintenance as well as recommending/supplying new winter tires.
Tim's superior level of customer service is consistent and he is honest and fair. I would recommend him enthusiastically to all.

Unless it is a long weekend, my wife and I will be bringing our bikes here exclusively from now on. The level of service is unparalleled in the city. I had what I thought was a blown seal on my master cylinder in my brand new brake lever. I went to 2 and called 4 different bike shops and they all instantly tried to sell me new set of brakes and said my brakes were pooched. Went to MSG and the mech took one look and said "Oh, this happens with these brakes from new" Simple bleed. Done.

I drove my son to get his winter tires on and Dennis was so welcoming and friendly...just mentioned that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and he offer FOR FREE to take a look...filled both back tires for me...highly recommend ... also very fair pricing!!

Absolutely love coming here! Just moved from Manitoba, they did my out of province inspection, oil change a month later and the my tire blew and they saved my day!! The first time we brought our beloved red to dr brown due to him getting out and getting in a "cat fight" dr. Brown and Amanda were both amazing with him, so needles to say after we got him back after a year of him being missing we of course bring him to dr brown. They were extremely thorough. Dr. Brown kept a close eye on his wound through out his healing process... The girls always want to bring him out and love him whenever we bring him in. I would drive from be just so my animals can get the proper attention they need. My boy went from being skin and bone cause he went missing for a year to being the same size he was when he left. No issues with refeeding syndrome because we got the best directions from him and his staff. Now he's back to drinking water from the toilet like a dog:) thank you dr. Brown and staff

I live out of town, with 5 cats. When I came home from work one day, I found my tv receiver and vcr on the floor. (grr!) My receiver was ok, but alas, something had jarred inside my vcr, and I couldn't insert a vhs tape into it. I was having trouble finding a company that would look at my vcr while I waited, (being that I live about an hour away) to let me know if it was worth repairing. I know I can buy a new one at Best Buy for about $100.
But this really nice Vietnamese fellow at Maintech not only looked at it, but repaired it in less than an hour, and for less than $75!! I am very pleased with the service I got here, and now my vcr works great!
