My car was towed last night and I called them last night and went to the tow yard but nobody answered phoned and nobody was at yard. I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

I switched to this Pharmasave a few years ago after finally getting fed up with Shoppers, and I have not regretted my decision. Almost every time I go in, they greet me by name, but I don't recognize them. It really is remarkable good service. They also deliver when I need it, which is a blessing to me. After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?
