PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!

I went their on Saturday early morning to buy a phone charger and some other items. There was a girl at customer service, I would say she was so polite. How she treated me i liked. I don’t remember her name but she is under training, i saw her batch. I will definitely visit this store in future as well. Well they know the value of customer service.
