I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly

I am so thankful for the therapy I received from Shakku. I've had major issues with osteoarthritis in my knee, lots of pain etc. Today, just over a week later I am almost pain free, thanks to her help, advice and the excercises she gave me to do. I am so thankful for her and the team there, they are amazing. So very thankful that I went to this place for help with my condition. I feel like a new person, not limping around in pain any longer. Southland Kia Medicine Hat is on of the best dealership in town guaranteed! They have amazing staff and management! After a large tree blew over onto our house, Jeff and his crane operator scoped out the task of removing it with many obstacles around the area. Needless to say, they plucked it out and never even damaged a shingle! Thanks guys, you rock!!
