I heard about a firearms dealer in Campbell River and being new to the area and being an outdoor enthusiast I thought I would check them out. In just a few moments of being in there you realize these folks have been in business a while and have a great attitude towards their customers what struck me as unique was that they carry items that are proven or desirable by consumers who know what they want. I will be shopping there as often as I can and look forward to being able to actually buy items off the shelf that normally I have had to order, a real pleasure.

We were extremely pleased with this company, they gave us a quote for all the costs and they showed up on time, did not take any shortcuts (actually went over and above in some cases)and they finished the job on time and on budget. Very personable, accommodating and the attention to detail was astounding. (for example: they walk your property when done to make sure that there are no stones or debris that could get hit with your lawnmower and cause damage)

Lovely food, wonderful presentation and went above and beyond, Helen and George did so much more than just cater our daughters wedding, but went out of their way to help out with so many things.... Very experience, very nice people who LOVE what they do. It shows. I will recommend their service to anyone who has an event from small to large. The owner and his employees at all 3 of the store locations are very knowledgeable, honest, and so friendly to deal with. Jeff, the owner, has been in business locally for almost 20 years. His knowledge of the metal markets is excellent, and as a grader of coins, banknotes, stamps, jewellery, etc. etc. he is accurate and fair. The stores have a great selection of world coins and banknotes, and also new and estate gold and silver jewellery. I would highly recommend a visit to the Gold Silver Guy before any of the mobile dealers that set up for a couple of days in the mall...Jeff will exceed their offers practically all of the time.

Recently Graham's custom made me a ring using my diamonds and gold. I was not sure how they would react to this request but the whole experience was positive. Melanie was very helpful & accommodating ensuring I received exactly the ring I wanted. Extremely professional and beautiful craftsmanship for a very reasonable cost. Extremely happy with them and would recommend them.

We had to call on the coast guard as my husband had a bad fall off a ladder. We were in a secluded area and located on a steep incline from the water,
The team of people were very professional, kind, and efficient given the circumstance. They attended to my husband, made him as comfortable as possible and transported us to land where they had arranged for an ambulance.
The coast guard works under some dangerous situations and we are so grateful for their service.

I have used Nathanuel on a few occasions as he has worked on My boat and now my RV. It is rare and refreshing to find someone who shows up when he says he will and does excellent work. I also appreciate how he is very meticulous and has a great attention to detail. He not only does things right but actually better and explains things so you are clear of the work he is performing. I wish Nanaimo had more of these individuals in the marine industry !! In addition a very fair price...
