Sam is so fantastic! He is the best tailor in town. He also has the best prices for dry cleaning, especially Canada Goose coats. He's a magician at fixing zippers. We never go anywhere else.

We decided to purchase a multi zone ductless air conditioner/ heat pump. Novel Care has looked after us for many years. The technicians arrived early, respectfully removed their shoes and consulted us about the best placement. The work was done quickly and there was no clean-up required. as expected, installers were professional and personable. Great customer service.
