I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!
