We bought our 2010 Acura Mdx from them and it's a fabulous deal because the price and service we paid $22,300 with low KMS rather all other dealers are charging with similar truck for around 27k... Also tyres pretty new so don't need to change for a while.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will be back for our next vehicle.......

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

I had a favourite shop that I use to go to over the years, they do amazing work, but their labor cost is outrageous. I bought my car here to NBS Auto and let me tell you. I will never go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They fix your car proper, with proper parts and they do it fast and exceedingly affordable. I will encourage anyone to try them and see if what I am saying is not true. Simply amazing.

I have used this facility many times! And on a black truck, the bays are clean, the pressure is great, everything works! And believe me! That’s a bonus in Red Deer! No water spots! And reasonable pricing! The couple times I have used the drive through I was surprised by the cheap cost as most in Red Deer are more expensive for a less than sufficient wash! Hats off to a great car wash in Red Deer finally! And I am fussy and like my stuff clean! Thanks guys!
