I was at your store with my friend who is blind. I had been searching for a candle snuffer for her so that she could sit outside in the evening, with a citronella candle to ward off mosquitos. I was having to blow it out every evening, so I figured a snuffer would solve the problem. I called absolutely every store I could think of without success. Until I phoned you. Rona Glen Miller is so convenient just down the road, Great for home improvements, Anything to do with your home, whether it be a pack of light bulbs, paint a furnace filter or building supplies snow shovels the list goes on. The Sales reps are always so friendly and quick to help you out. No waits and clean. I Love this store!!!

We have worked with Banbury Lane for years and have always had the best experience. The staff is very knowledgeable with the products and what will work best for every job. An appointment is suggested if you want to have one on one service and assistance in finding the items that you are after. They do have the largest selection in Calgary and if you are looking for cost effective cabinet hardware or custom pieces made specifically for you they will be able to find exactly what you are after.

After several tries at different shops on Jan 30 2018, Mark at the Canadian Tire was willing to help me with the company sprinter. The truck had a no start issue. He helped me get the truck towed to his shop where Mark and his team of auto pros went at it and got the truck back in running shape. They also allowed me to park the truck in their shop over the night. Just to be sure it would run in the morn. A great service dept and they went above the call to help me out. Now that’s service

As a retailer, I have been dealing with Can-Pro Tools for many years and have only positive things to say. Their prices are good, their service is good. They are friendly to talk to. If I have any issues to resolve, they are done so in a timely and efficient manner. Take any negative review with a grain of salt.

My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed. They made us feel welcome, treated us with respect & kindness we cannot say enough about these two men as well as the shop. If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo guys!

Not from the area and had to stop in a time pinch for supplies ... Happy we decided to turn in rather then driving further to neighbor community. Exceptional service from Carole in Paint Department ... the lady knows her stuff!
Knowledgeable staff in building supplies and out in the yard too. Cashier was very personable as well.

Gabriel was very helpful over the phone. Some stuff on the website had no price, but he went through everything with me and provided me with prices on the spot. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. Very happy with their service and their team.
