Love this place, the owner cares for their members and the staff are amazing! Have been a member here for more than 4 years, won't move anywhere else. We were members of both Shapes and GoodLife and Never will go back! The free yoga is an added bonus! They don't put up with rowdy or meat heads! Highly recommend this place, you won't get lost and you are not a number like other gyms in the area.

I am surprised at the previous comment about social distancing as I have found this location to have very good COVID protocols in place right from the start. I prefer the format of this location over the newer designs, this layout is easier to maneuver. There is always an appropriate number of tills open & they are quick to open more as needed so you never need to wait in line very long. I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and this store is one of the reasons I like living here.

Overall a great company from the first phone call, very professional and polite. Technicians showed up in uniform on time even called to let us know they were on way. They arrived on time and were very professional in my home explaining every process they were doing. Friendly, polite, no mess no fuss. I have recommended them to everyone I know. James the owner was at the job and made Sure we were satisfied 100% GREAT COMPANY 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH. HIRE THEM YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

Brought in a severely broken wrought iron patio table leg. Being cast metal, the broken area was shattered and missing pieces of metal.
They were able to weld it and restore it to new looking condition.

Dr. Williams & the majority of nurses were fantastic. They really cared about my husband & were there for my Son, Daughter-in-law and myself. They all went above & beyond for us all & we want them to know that they will not be forgotten! There isn't a better Doctor or a better hospital.

Dr. Nitychoruk is one of the best veterinarians I have ever gone to. She has helped my dogs over several years and I trust her completely. She is relatively new at Transcona Vet Clinic but is very experienced and competent.
