We adopted our puppy here a year ago and he was our very first family pet. John and his Protec team have worked on four houses we have bought over the years. John and his crew are always polite and do a super job on anything electrical. From rewiring an old knob and tube house to wiring a new house or business and as simple or complex alarm system as needed. Protec has also done small jobs for us over the years, adding a couple of outlets, inside the house and outside. John and his Protec crew have pretty well done it all for us over the years, always at a very fair price and always right the first time!

The Delta location is wonderful with lots of help from Nolan and Angus. They are friendly and know what customer service is all about. They also have a lot of knowledge and will take the time to go over things with you. I will not go anywhere else for supplies for my cats.
The location at the Dell Shopping Centre is also very good and Jim is very helpful.

I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs
