I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. friendly staff & unlike a super pets they have no one guessing & pushing you to buy whatever they use or are promoting at the time. Their staff seems to have a lot of real time knowledge about what foods they sell. I highly recommend them.

Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!
