When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.
