I have to say that Ryan from KCSI is one of the most genuine guys in this industry. He is a man of his word and very talented at what he does. If you are looking at using this company I would highly recommend them.

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.
