These guys were extremely helpful when my car was incapacitated
after business hours. They were extremely professional, drove me from the accident sit, to their shop, and then back to a place for me to sleep that night. They helped arrange everything with SGI, and were even willing to leg me get a ride with them the next day, back to my hometown 1.5 hours away.
As a female, I felt very comfortable in their shop. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members.

new staff are great and talk to you with politeness and respect unlike previous local employees and wish i had met the new employees before my last review i would have given 5 stars but the hour change is still a minor inconvenience

Vidal towing was a lifesaver! Flat tire in the middle of nowhere with no cell service or spare was not my favourite way to spend my Saturday, but Kevin with Vidal‘s towing made a very stressful situation ever so much easier. Thankyou! I would highly recommend their service.
