I have been going to New West Cycle for almost 2 years now (since it opened) and I absolutely love them! They are friendly, honest, not out to take advantage of your knowledge or lack there-of. The staff are always willing to teach and to learn. They have a great working knowledge of both vintage, old, and new technologies and are able to work on bikes from all eras (and sell bikes from all eras as well). They listen to what you want, give you options to fulfill your needs, then listen to what YOU want, not what is most profitable for them. There is no other bike shop in the lower mainland that has the variety, friendliness and honesty that they have, and I have looked. They are my favourite bike shop, no question.

I'd like to thank dr. Brent for helping me with my upper teeth, for years I've been without upper teeth because of covid, it scared me, he made me feel comfortable, with his kind smile and gentle voice, it took only 4 visits from start to finish, I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt, I'm so pleased, I can talk clearly and smile again; Maria who is the first person to greet you is a gem, very informative on all medical insurances, which makes it easier for the patient to get the work done
