This is the best Greek I had in the Tricities. I decided to go for the Lasagna with meatballs. Had to have been the best bake Lasagna I ever tried. All ingredients are homemade. The sauce tasted like heaven! Super filling meal with a large greek salad for a very reasonable price. Enough to feed an adult and two children. Friendly staff and world-class service. Would recommend this place to everybody!

My boys have been doing TaeKwonDo at this school for over 2 years now, and they love it. Tae Geuk set up a women's only cross kick fit class in February 2011, and I joined. I can honestly say it's the best exercise I've ever done. Such simple and effective routines - that sometimes really hurt - but in a good way! The Instructors are amazing - we've not repeated the same class twice, and I love (and hate) every minute of the classes. Everyone needs to experience the motivation and sweatiness of these classes! It caters to all levels - I had not done any exercise for over 12 months when I joined. I've lost 40lb so far, and the classes are still as challenging. The Instructors are really in tune with each person and can adjust each exercise to suit your level. Come and try it - you'll love it.

Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. Absolutely the Best Acupuncturist and Healer!
Philip is very experienced and cares about his patients. My family and I have been a patient of Philip for 8 years. Since going to the Healing Clinic I don't go anymore to the family doctor. (I used to go for a prescription
every month to MD-now once every 2 years only for blood tests req). My daughter was scared of acupuncture in the beginning, now she asks me herself to go if she is not feeling well. It has changed our lives for the better!

We hired Shawn from Pars Home Inspection to inspect a house for us in Vancouver. He did a thorough job finding and explaining all the good/bad issues to us in his detailed report. Shawn also gave us a walkthrough after the inspection was completed. He answered all of our questions with great communication, patience and expertise.
