I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully.
