A gentleman from Spectrum Security came to do a check to make sure security measures were in place for us for safety reasons. He was very professional, courteous and went way beyond expectations, we couldnt be more pleased with the excellent service he provided. He is extremely highly qualified for his profession and very prompt with communication and services. We will not hesitate in future to contact him again when needed. His comprehensive knowledge and dedication to customer service was recognized by Mr. Lubes upper management team and he was asked if he could oversee the Langley location. T.J delivers. He’s thorough and his attention to detail is next level. This person is the back bone of a well trained, full service Mr. Lube.

Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.
