Best mechanic shop I have ever gone to. Marco is the most honest mechanic I have ever seen and not once has he taken advantage of me or anyone in my family. I will only take my vehicle to Marco to fix because he's a GOOD and HONEST mechanic.
I drive a 16 year old gmc and after he fixed the suspension and put new tires on it the thing has been riding like a Cadillac and I enjoy driving it now.
one word to describe the customer service and the quality of the work and that is MAGNIFICENT.

So my Rig broke down and I had to drop my 53 foot Curtain Side Trailer fully loaded on the side of the road. I called 3 other 24/7 towing company's in Edmonton and they couldn't help me but I think they didn't want to deal with it. I call Auto Rescue and they were more than helpful. They pic up my trailer and brought it to there compound while my Rig was getting fixed for a few days. Everyone there was more than helpful and the price was awesome. Thanks everyone @ Auto Rescue. Highly Recommended

I had to have my vehicle towed after hitting a deer and the RCMP suggested I call CRS Towing. Im glad I did because they responded quickly and the driver who arrived was very pleasant. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!

From the first call I made to the heat treatment to the follow up inspection... We Clean bedbugs was thorough, fast and professional. 100% discreet with unmarked vehicles. My wife and myself have disabilities, We clean had a 24hr treatment option which reduced the preparation required by 90% and that made this horrible situation a lot easier. I cannot express in words just how fantastic this company was from start to finish.

I recently got a picnic basket from A Capella Catering through an online auction. The staff were super friendly and the basket was amazing! It came with everything (including cute little wine glasses and a basket) and the food was amazing. I may just need to do another picnic in the future...

Cannot say enough good things about this store. Brian truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. They're fair, honest and have gone the extra mile for us numerous times.
I lost the stone out of my engagement ring, maybe two weeks after they inspected the claws; not only did they send it in for assessment, but they COVERED the entire cost for the replacement diamond without requiring we pay a cent/go through insurance.
