Dean showed up the next morning after I called him about my bricks falling off the roof from my recording studio ( I was afraid the mailman , paperboy and girl scout cookie salesgirl would get hit. I had to run out gave him the green light right away and when I came home the chimney was temporarily secured ( phew ) within the next day it had been completely rebuilt , mostly using what was there with some new improvements, which was good because I did have water damage before. Very Happy!!

Low cost garage helped me a great deal. They pushed my truck by hand for a block when I was in trouble from out of town . They quickly found the problem and fixed it in short order even though they had other work pending.Dharm and his men saved my bacon as I needed to get back to Nelson very helpful and professional shop

Great service from Dave and his Team , very trustworthy, friendly not pushy like other shops .. , communicates very well regarding my body work repairs. I’ve had all my vehicles including Lincoln Navs, , Mustangs , and all my Porsche body work done with Belmont. Will continue with future vehicles . My teeth were in bad shape before I went to Brook Landing Dental and they fixed me up and gave me back my smile. The staff are very kind and considerate and go beyond expectations. My dentist has always positive and very helpful in discussing any options or concerns and she saved my teeth ! Most dentists would have pulled them and sent me a check. I highly recommend this business :)

We were very impressed with this company, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an appliance repair. Stuart diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher right away, ordered the part, then set up a time to install it. Once installed, he tested it, and determined it was "good to go". I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle service. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our Colwood, Craftsman Collision. From the moment an appointment was made to repair the damage done it could not have gone smoother.
