My car was towed last night and I called them last night and went to the tow yard but nobody answered phoned and nobody was at yard. I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

We hired SAPPHIRE Security for a week long event that we hosted. In the past we had issues with other guard companies we used for example sleeping,not showing up on time, and other headaches you dont want to deal with when paying someone for a service. We were really hesitant on which company we selected next but ended up going with SAPPHIRE Security.I have to say we are glad we went with them.
