We purchased a new Kingfisher in 2017. There was one minor heating issue that appeared. Brad from Parksville Boathouse came right to the boat on mainland BC side and fixed problem, and performed initial service and check. Boat is running flawlessly. Thanks Brad and Parksville Boathouse.

The groomer knew a lot about dogs and did an extremely good job. Also, the amount of product there is amazing and very well priced. You won't find better in Port Alberni.

Jason is amazing.
He is incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable and generous. He has helped me out in a couple of tricky situations and talked about the issues in an understandable way. I felt empowered (rather than ignorant)through our conversations which is rare.
