Norbert`s class is unique among yoga classes. He is very attentive and provides gentle corrections to each student without singling anyone out. His belief that each student must work from where they are rather to benefit from the kriyas shines through his teaching. He adjusts his pacing to his student`s needs but you end up going further than you thought you could - doing the poses correctly. The studio overlooks a garden and feels welcoming. I am so grateful to have discovered this teacher!

After going around to a few different facilities in the area this one was my ending choice. Their excellent customer service as well as there large equipment selection and no wait times. As soon as i walked in the doors i was greeted by a very friendly staff. The MMA program was what i initially went in for definitely met my standards. As well I walked out with a Gym and MMA package that was half the price of anything else i had gone to see in the day. The fact that it is 24 hours also played in to my decision there, cant complain about being able to let myself into the facility whenever i would like. I would definitely recommend Achieve Fitness and Xtreme MMA to everyone
