Dave got us on our way after a wheel bearing went south on our way to the states. We were really stuck,having to leave early next morning,despite being slammed with work, Dave took a car off the hoist and repaired mine within 2 hours! I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
