I recently bought a new vehicle and Real Insurance did not transfer over the insurance I was already paying into instead they charged me for new insurance. My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.
