Excellent quality and customer service. Family owned business so they care about each and every person who comes in. They are very welcoming! Aside from service the quality is nothing less than spectacular! I just bought a custom made ring and I know the quality is on point because I made a purchase 5 years back on a chain and pendant and its still looking brand new! They also service and clean your Jewellery. Great overall experience!

Gabriel was very helpful over the phone. Some stuff on the website had no price, but he went through everything with me and provided me with prices on the spot. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. Very happy with their service and their team.

I recently had a diamond ring made at Classic Creations from 2 older settings that is really beautiful and unique. Marnie was so professional and helpful in creating several design options for me to choose from using the available stones. I highly recommend CC to anyone considering a design/redesign of a ring or purchase of a special piece of jewelry. They have an excellent selection and the staff make you feel very comfortable - no pressure - just excellent service.
