We hired SAPPHIRE Security for a week long event that we hosted. In the past we had issues with other guard companies we used for example sleeping,not showing up on time, and other headaches you dont want to deal with when paying someone for a service. We were really hesitant on which company we selected next but ended up going with SAPPHIRE Security.I have to say we are glad we went with them. needed a car towed asap. Called the night on tuesday evening to see about wednesday morning, thursday way available but they managed to sneak me in wednesday just like i wanted. Driver showed up 30 mins early and called and I wasnt there but was on my way and she waited until i arrived at 8:50. didnt bail like i thought they would. good experience and got $50 for getting ride of my headache. Cant remember the drivers name but she was excellent and very pleasant and genuine.
