Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect. Needed a new master key system set-up for our warehouse. Needed done in a hurry. Phoned around and to a few places and was told they would be out next week. They I called these guys and Bruce answered. He was out the next day and got us set up. Appreciate the timely service and a job well done. Would recommend.

My Cottage Garden was excellent. The company is professional, experienced, imaginative, has ideas to suit your needs, is realistic about value for dollar, etc. Their work is beyond expectations: they identify potential concerns and solutions to deal with the issues, they are environmentally conscious, they choose product to suit the areas in which they are working. My fiancé and I were in there tonight for our fourth year anniversary. Everyone made us feel welcome and special. The service from everyone was really nice. The food was absolutely delicious. 5 Star Plus! Al and Brent are very knowledgable and experienced at their business. They offer a wide range of products and took the time to help us decide on what we wanted. Al came to our house to measure our existing door frame to ensure a quality fit. This allowed the installation of our new door by the installers RickD and Rick G being done in record time. It was with great pride to come home to find that our sewer connection to the house was finished. Topsoil was in place . plants replaced, and no soil or sand left on site. I took a look around the neighbourhood in dismay that other contractors had left such a mess for the homeowners to clean up. Approved was very professional in their work and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The is a West kelowna company that takes great pride in the jobs they do at competitive prices. Great job
