No air and it was Canada day weekend during a very bad heatwave. I called J&S not really thinking anyone would get back to me until after the holiday. Was pleasantly surprised when Ryan called me back and although he had a lot of calls he would get me in the next day, holiday Monday. Ryan was pleasant and punctual, so even though he did not have much of a holiday my husband and I can’t thank him enough

The service Kevin provided for my mortgage was outstanding. He took the time to listen, communicate and educate me on my options etc. He was wonderful in responding in a timely manner and addressing any questions or concerns.
