I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Automoves shipped two vehicles for me between Toronto and Edmonton, one in each direction, door to door. The communication with the sales and the pricing was good. Communications with the operations was generally good to fair. No online tracking which was disappointing. Transit time was acceptable and vehicles arrived in good condition. If tracking was available would have given them a 5 star rating. Have shipped many cars and would say their service is good value.

I walked in to the dealership looking for a car they didn’t have in stock, Garry took my number and promised to call if something comes in. 20 minutes later he located a truck at a leasing company, sent me down to see it and we loved it.
