This heavy repair shop I have to say is by far one of the nicest shops I've ever been at, they were there to help me on New Year's Eve when my truck was acting up, there for the costumer. Rob and the guys at R&R are amount some of the nicest and knowledgeable guys in the trade. I would highly recommended stopping in and have some work done there.

Last week I went to see Jolene for reflexology with pain in my hips and back. The next day I felt great! My pain was much improved and I felt fantastic. I also have been sleeping very well since my treatment. She ended the treatment with a wonderful foot rub that was amazing :) I definatly will be back & highly recommend her

Red Deer Pro movers are just that - very professional. They moved everything from the house and sheds. It was a HUGE job and the movers were professional, kind and extrememly patient with us.
