We have lived in the area for over 15 years. Every time we have called Total (fortunately for us, not often) we have received the most professional service. From the front end staff, to the the service department, every single time we have had to call upon their services they have arranged to be at our home quickly. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.
