Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Hit us so hard left the imprint of the licence plate complete with the Honda licence frame. Our car needed a new bumper and some of the parts holding the bumper on. The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.

I bought a new-to-me 2016 Corolla after I was rear ended and my car was written off. Less than a month after that I scraped the rear right panel on a cement pillar in my parking garage.
