First visit, needed a battery replaced immediately. They had it there within 5 minutes of my arrival, tested the old one no charge, installed the new one and had me on my way really quickly. The bill was a lot less than I thought it was going to be on the labor end, usually where one is gouged lol, which was a delightful surprise. The shop is clean, there is a Keurig coffee machine, the people are pleasant and helpful, and I highly recommend this place. They are now our family mechanic.

I contacted Nicholson Automotive when my Toyota Matrix started to sound more like a light aircraft than a car. Chris was very helpful on the phone and the car was booked in. After looking at the car, Chris gave me a couple of options for a fix, and then proceeded with a same-day resolution as we agreed.
I am very happy with the service I received and I shall recommended Nicholson Automotive to all my friends and family.

Très satisfaite du service reçu chez Bob Landry Collision à Hull, adresse de quartier que je recommande fortement. Du vrai travail d'artiste sur le pare-choc de ma voiture. Il a même fait quelques retouches de peinture sans frais additionnels. Le tout à prix raisonnable, avec conseils judicieux d'entretien et livré dans les délais promis. Merci Bob Landry Collision.
