Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

I want to thank Emil F. specifically for his excellent service. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.

Hi I just want to say that this is the best furniture store in the lower mainland. great service great prices and they don't soak you for deliveries. They also have a wide selection of new and used furniture. keep up the good work and welcome to mission thanks Mike!!
