On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. We are enjoying the rest of holiday thanks to the excellent and friendly service provided by the professional staff.

Totem Tree Service has done large projects on my property twice. Both times I have been very satisfied with the work from start to finish. Most recent $10,000+ job involved removing huge cottonwood tree from nearby the hydro power lines on busy Hwy #4 on incredibly hot three days. The entire crew worked as a cohesive team, steady pace, working safely and efficiently. Equipment all in good repair. Excellent job. Cleaned off roof at end. THRILLED with result: highly recommend.

My husband and I moved from Vancouver to Qualicum Beach and only 2 weeks after our change was made, we booked a table for a late lunch.
That was a first pleasant surprise, that you can book your lunch / supper any time it feels good for you. Already on the phone, I got a very approachable and friendly person. And so we looked forward to see this restaurant.

Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. An enjoyable experience. Used to be hit or miss with customer service a couple years back but now every time is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff and always the supplies on hand I need. On the off chance it's not, it's ordered in. Store is bright, clean, and organized. Excellent sister store to Green Barn.

Love this place! Have eaten sushi in big cities and have found Port Alberni's little secret. Their sushi is great quality with a good presentation. Good service most of the time. The restaurant interior has character...lol! I have probably been here over 20x and will be back another!

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Willy's auto. Went to get a fender painted which was purchased by me at the dealership and they suggested I leave my car to get the paint to match up as close as possible. It was not done through insurance but they offered me a loaner car regardless. I picked up my car and fender the next day and after I installed it, I was amazed at the quality of work. The fender matched perfectly, even down to the glitter my car had which is called metallic paint. I was very impressed and recommend needing body work to check them out.
