The driver was terrific. He was very confident, reassuring, polite.
The vehicle was great as well. The passenger is able to sit up front, viewing where they are travelling. This is a welcome change from traditional vans.
We will use Helping Hands in the future for sure.

THEY WERE SO CHEERFUL,RESPECTIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A DELIVERY WE HAVE EVER HAD!! THEY HANDLED IT WITH CARE & UNPACKAGING IT & NOTICED A BLACK MARK ON THE SIDE WHICH WAS FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SO THEY TOOK A PICTURE.THE CARBOARD WASNT DAMAGED AS WE ALL CHECKED.SO HOPEFULLY SOON LEONS WILL DECIDE ON HOW THEY WILL FIX THIS MARK!GUYS DID A GREAT JOB, WELL DONE

I have ordered pizzas from the Port Severn location plenty of time. I have to say, tonight (Friday Nov 8), it was the best pizza ever!! I wish I would have asked the name of the kind lady that took my order and most likely made the pizza. I asked for thin crust, extra cheese, real bacon, pepperoni, green olives and green pepper. It was perfect!!! Thank you, I had a bad day and you made my night! :-)

I always question who writes these reviews but as a regular of this establishment and a Proven HARD FACT "Foodie"!! I can say this joint serves the BEST wings in Muskoka (ask for the Dirty Greeks) and the servers are to say it plainly "friendly" and always go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The fish and chip and onion rings are also wonderful.

Great and quick service to change all three cars into their summer wheels. Also got my small trailer wheel fitted with a tube really quickly. Thanks for the great service !

Jen sent someone within minutes when we needed an electrttian. Jen followed within an hour to inspect the work personally. He has given us this kind of service many times. Recommend him to anyone.

I am a 1st yr. beekeeper. My wife knows the owners & arranged for me 2 spent a 1/2 day with Paul learning & asking questions. I have read books & articles, & watched numerous videos, but I learned more in a couple hours from Paul then from all of my previous readings & viewings. The hands on experience was amazing & getting 2 hear some of the tricks of the trade from a professional beekeeper who has been plying his trade for decades was a bonus. We bought a jar of the creamed honey. Amazing!

I have been going to Theodore & Pringle Optical since I moved to Gravenhurst 8 years ago.It is by the far the best company I have ever dealt with.Not just when it comes to optical needs but any business bar none.I have always been treated with the utmost respect.The employees are very kind,helpful,informative and polite.In the past I have not been terribly vigilant about looking after my eyesight which, as a senior,is not a good thing. I now go regularily for checkups and love the low prices.
