Knowledgeable and friendly staff. This store was recommended by a friend and now this is the place I will stop first for hockey equipment. The staff was very informative about their products and I trust them for the right fit for me when it comes to hockey. Parking is free and available on most days.

Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. Ilkb is by far the best workout program Ive expirienced. I started in with their six week challenge and lost a total of 24 lbs. Since then I havent been able to stop! The environment is positive and energetic and the instructors are always friendly and encouraging!
