I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!

My 3 large German shepherds and Rhodesian ridgeback own a black Dodge minivan (Sto & Go) that I get to ride along as theyre chauffeur.
You could not imagine how much dog hair is accumulated, sand & dirt tracking in this vehicle, my hats off to the staff cleaning our family van, it looked like new again.

We bought our 2010 Acura Mdx from them and it's a fabulous deal because the price and service we paid $22,300 with low KMS rather all other dealers are charging with similar truck for around 27k... Also tyres pretty new so don't need to change for a while.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will be back for our next vehicle.......

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I believe that lack of communication between Tony and myself caused this issue! Therefore I urge potential clients to use their services knowing that they will get exceptional value for their money!

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !
