This is a great place to shop for pets. The staff is helpful with their advice and suggestions when asked. They love when your pet comes in and give a treat if it is OK with the pet owner. I have shopped there for years and enjoy my visits there . The staff is friendly and always make it a good experience.

Consistently excellent customer service and good quality products. One employee carried my three bags of kitty litter to my car for me even though his shift had already ended. Very good COVID protocol.

I am very happy with the services at this store. The woman who works there has been a valuable source of information which has helped us sort through the various things people say we ought to do when it comes to our animals and reptiles. She has saved the life of our lizards and has helped us pick out pets which we have been very happy with. If you are concerned with the health and well being of your pets, please talk with Dani. Love this pet store..great customer service .
My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge.
They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy.
The store is well stocked and if not in store Brad always opens the catolouge to get you exactly what your looking for..
